Our Beginning
Organisation Development Network Malaysia started as a community of passionate people who are interested in understanding how to develop effective solutions for organisations where people can thrive.
The community was founded by Isaac Peter, an engineer turned organisation development practitioner. He is a pragmatic optimist. Upon returning to Malaysia, he felt many of the challenges faced here, be it in the community or in organisations can be resolved if people are better equipped with OD fundamentals. Together with a community of passionate and linked-minded people they began this journey on 4 July 2017.
